He claims he knocks out number 1 heavyweight Klitschko and HOF Toney (who was never KOD in his entire 20 year old career), so he should easily KO fringe contender Barett.

It just shows how confident he is about this fight.

Vladimir Klitschko knocked Barrett out in the 7th round, when Barrett was at his best.

Just hyping it up, he's doing a great job hyping his self up and keeping everyone tuned in for whoever he planned to fight, he's just doing the same here.

Haye is smart, he knows he will win but wants to make sure everyone is watching.

Haye has put a lot of pressure on himself and it looks like there`s this doubt now hanging over him, that`s what he sounds like to me with his comments. But as he says,he will keep people guessing whether he`s good enough at this weight.I think he will be.

Haye is a very talented young gun... but I overheard one of his interviews the other night, he was bashing Wladimir for losing to Brewster.

Realistically, how well would Haye take Lamon's left hook to the chin?

If we're talking matrix, Lamon would pull the plug and end his career with that left hook he possesses.

Does the English media ever call him out on his stupidity or do they just let it slide because he's black like America does?

Haye talks a lot so I wouldn't take this to serious. But it's true still, if he can't beat Barrett he has no place at HW. He could still go back to CW if he could make the weight tho...

I'm not sure what you are implying exactly and I don't want to get into that, but Haye is not really in the English media as far as I can tell, at least nothing that would catch the attention of the general sport fan.

he should be criticized for being an idiot and expecting to get a fight with the best fighter in the division in his first fight.

Lamon could be tough opponent to Haye considering the styles. But if he forgets the knockouts and goes there to outbox Lamon I think he would win.

Haye doesnt get much media coverage over here, he isnt close to being
as popular as Hatton or Calzaghe, when his fight wiv monte was announced he got about 6 inches of column space and that was generous, although granted when he fought enzo he got a lot of attention but thats obvious why.
