No.

 

Zab Judah took the first 3 or 4 rounds from Mayweather including knocking him down. Zab always had trouble maintaining his focus and concentration. That was a saving grace for Floyd Mayweather that night because Judah was just beating him with pure speed. Zab didn't even know what he was doing. Camacho just as fast, even faster than Zab but he actually had an adult ring IQ.

Mayweather could dig out a win but it's no forgone conclusion.

 

Whitaker didn't have great competition at lightweight. He didn't even fight Rosario who Hector beat, he needed two fights to against Ramirez. SweetPea lost the first bout because he clowned too much vs Jose Luis Ramirez.
Pernell was fighting guys like Jorge Paez, Poli Diaz etc.

It was a robbery because Whitaker very clearly outscored Ramirez in more rounds than Ramirez outscored him. Unless you decide to ignore Whitaker's jabs or award Ramirez points for ineffective aggression or something. Which rounds did you score for Ramirez?
