arum is only able to **** the fans over because Pacquiao allows him to, arum cannot force Pacquiao to do anything he does not want to do, this aint the 1920s... its on Pac to tell arum to get it done & its up to Floyd to hold out as long as possible, a little ****in help from both sides for once would go a long way in this embarrassing, shameful drama.
