I know he has the boxing match coming up soon. He is by all reports in good shape, better then he was for the Randy fight. He was supposed to be fighting shamrock. Looks like that is off., but it was on for a while, I assume he was doing some mma based training?
Nah, he is like 200 pounds soild, 20 less then for Randy. He is definitly working, just not sure if its all boxing or some mma. He is fighting at crusierweight. Recent pics of him can be found online, he is in good shape.
he looks vastly improved. his weights down. his hand eye looks good. one of the things i love about toney is his superb balance.

I think he did...you can find a interview with some big goof who rolled with him before the ufc fight. I actually think Shamrock has more to do with the fight being off then Toney. Toney has a big fight coming up in a week though, if he wins that he might get Marco Huck or Tarver. If he gets either I'm sure he will sensible forget about mma. I am just curious if he did do any mma training for Ken though...
I believe he trained a little as possible. For some to lean forward liek that, be ankle picked and then not even know how to tap says all that needs to be said.
