I like him. Plucked out of obscurity as an easy comeback opponent for Whyte and proved himself very game, skilled, and worthy of some paydays. He's around top 20 for me, based on his AJ/Whyte performances, but ultimately too small and lacking power to really trouble the big boys. Franklin Vs Ruiz, Wallin, Anderson would be interesting fights.
He's one of those tough awkward spoiler types that exist to make you look bad but don't actually have the quality to beat the best. Kevin Johnson was a bit similar although Franklin at least made a go of it in the Whyte fight, and probably should have won. I don't know why anyone would make a particularly big deal out of Joshua's performance against him. He was a decent comeback opponent, not too dangerous but good enough to take Joshua rounds. He more or less did what he was supposed to.
