Is Kell Brook the real deal?

    The answer is that nobody can really make a truely accurate prediction, its little more than guesswork because he's fought really poor opponents. He hasn't fought the best in Britain or Europe.

    He's fought a lot of soft opponents with bad chins, and none of them with much power.

    He looks impressive enough at this stage but his style has a few obvious inherent weaknesses. He tends to lean back after throwing punches with his chin in the air. He has that relaxed defensive style that has been seen with Junior Witter, Naseem Hamed and Johnny Nelson all coming out of that gym. We've yet to see that defence under stress. His punching power looks better on paper than it is, like I said he's fought soft opposition. The better ones have taken his punches for a while.

    i personally reckon that brook and cleverley are the real deal.
