8 weeks out Wlad appears to be behaving 'uncharacteristically' Fury says a lot of things, as an almost stream of conciousness, but it seems to weirdly resonate despite people not crediting him with any intelligence. My opinion is Fury is unusually intelligent and also without any kind of formal education - which makes him almost unique. From, a clinical outside perspective, it seems Wlad is already Reacting to Fury's moves. Unusual?
