I thought he was until the Marquez fight were now everyone is predicted to be a hard fight for him by somepeople. Such as Berto, Alexander and others were he would be faavoured over before the Marquez fight.

everyone expected him to blow out the fighter who has troubled him the most Marquez in a few rounds because they genuinely believed in all of his "improvements". Then as we all know he fails and actually gets schooled by Marquez. If being able to fool most people into thinking you really made some drastic improvements when you really didn't is not being overrated, then I don't know what is

Pacquaio is fantastic. He doesn't get enough praise for beating old fighters whilst battling through phantom leg cramps.

Looks great against fighters that are not technicians. Looks like **** when he faces a technician.

:huh So he's faced ONE technician? Is that it? What do you call MAB? Not to mention, what fits the criteria of being a 'technician' in your opinion?

Drained and boiled down Welterweights such as Cotto (winning the WBO belt in that fight) and De La Hoya. Yeah, that leaves a question at that. Don't get me started on how he won a Jr. Middleweight belt and a bull**** diamond belt belt with a catchweight as well. These are facts. Pacquiao is phenominal but Arum is getting as much as he can out of his golden goose from perfect matchmaking in Pacquiao's favor north of 140.

Yes he is that's why he became fighter of the decade. Something that can only be done by overrated fighters
