I can't think of many boxers that have come back successfully after brutal K.O's like that. Pacs soul was stolen tonight much like when tarver stole RJJ's soul with that straight left.

Too early to say. But daym, that was a very rare sight to see him KTFO like that: getting the same treatment he dished on Hatton.

I think he was hit harder by Marquez than he hit Hatton.. He was actually leaning forward to a right straight..

I'd like to think so, but I really doubt it. When Duran's athleticism diminished, he had incredible technical skill, craftiness, and defensive instincts to fall back on. Pacquiao's never had those qualities to nearly the extent that Roberto did.

We've no doubt seen the best from Pacquiao come and go. He'll be out of the sport in a year at the most.

Dude, Duran is a monster.. He even fought Hagler back then whereas I don't see Pacquioa fighting Martinez anytime soon.. :hey

Still, Pacquioa will break in my top 20 ATG.. Of course, duran is my #8 there.. :deal

But from Manny's interview, it appears that he won't retire anytime soon.. And with Marquez knocking him out, there's no guarantee that it won't happen again.. :smoke
