    The doctors cleared him to fight. He can fight then. Margo has his own eye doctor and the boxing commission have their own doctor as well. If they are ok with Margo fighting, then he will fight.

    If Doctor gave him the go signal, then he can fight.

    SRL got detached retina, but still fought after retiring.
