    So the time when he was fighting at middleweight, had just come of beating Cintron at light-middle in the May and had a rematch quickly done and dusted to fight Martinez in November.

    Pacquiao was after Floyd again, but Floyd never answer the call so Pacquiao fought the most feared man of the welterweight division between 2005-2008, giving away 17 lbs weight advantage instead.

    The Williams fight was never on the cards.

    Williams has stated NUMEROUS times that he could make 147-154 no problem. Pac didn't want it and fought a disgraced shot cheat instead of Williams. Williams even said he wanted Pac after the Cintron bout.

    Pac didn't.
