If you want to be pessimistic about Kessler and Froch like you are Kovalev you can be. All they did was beat each other. Any 2 fools could whoop each others ass.

He's not anywhere near the fighter he was at his best = shell. Anyone with a brain knows that's the fight is only being talked about as a possibility in light of all the out of the ring problems Kovalev is having and his obvious decline in the ring. Let's be real here. Fishnets wouldn't put his goldenboy anywhere near a prime Kovalev. He's viewed as a weak aging champion who's ripe for the taking and that's the only reason the vultures are circling. Amazing that someone who's been a fan of the sport for so long still likes to play dumb about the politics and obvious maneuvering of certain fighters. Get a grip and stop being such a willfully ignorant buffoon.

What part of you cant compare a close fight with one that should have been a wide ud win and was a flat out robbery? People here simply either play dumb or have a bias or dont know the difference between a close fight and a robbery. I thought jmm beat pac in their 3rd fight but i will acknowledge that it was a close fight and not a robbery. Rjj in the Olympics is a robbery he won going away and was robbed, it was disgraceful. That's the difference. Butthurt because your fighter lost a close fight isnt a robbery it's not the same thing.

So canelo moving up to take on a skilled big puncher who will dwarf him in the ring doesn't impress you huh? Yet ive seen you impressed with far lesser things. Your agenda couldnt be more obvious.

    Kovalev beat Ward...

And since you're being pessimistic in this thread I'll be too. Kessler has too many losses to be good scalp. And Froch could only beat a past prime version of Kessler. When he fought a prime Kessler he lost.

And Kessler isnt that good and was overrated because he lost to the 2 best fighters he ever fought.

Except he didnt beat ward. Do you like to say anything just to be heard? Ward is 2-0 against kovalev and destroyed him in the rematch to leave no doubt.

It's a risk but a very calculated one. Do you enjoy being such a simpleton? Certainly seems that way. Oh yeah... and Pimp has no agenda regarding Canelo him being a fanatical long term Mayweather fanboy and all. Definitely not.

If Kovalev never beat Ward then Chavez didnt beat Whitaker.

And if Kovalev receives no credit for the Ward fights then Ward is not an ATG. Hell no.

If you're gonna sit here with a straight face and say that the first Ward fight does absolutely nothing to enhance Kovalevs legacy then you are tone deaf.

A fighter can only receive credit for a good win by elevating his opponent. If all you receive is shame and stain on your legacy for a loss then there is no good win in boxing history.

I thought Durans win over Leonard was a good win. Seemed like a solid win for Durans legacy. But was Leonard
really that great of a fighter? He did take an L against Duran. What an absolute disgrace for Leonard's legacy, that Montreal fight was. Does nothing but tarnish Leonard. He should get no credit at all for his solid effort against Duran in the first fight.

And Duran didnt do anything special. If Leonard was any good that night he wouldnt have taken a loss.

I like canelo because he gave ggg that L for that i will always be a fan of his. You're a ward hater because he took kovalevs heart and gave him that tko loss and punked ggg. You're not fooling anyone here.

Canelo isnt that good. Everybody he has beaten has a loss on their record. Plus the steroids and vacating of the belt.

And because you're a Floyd groupie and by extent view any success Clenelo has questionable or otherwise as an enhancement of his legacy. Funny about Ward I never outright bashed him in this thread just prodded you a bit about how he's a "clear ATG" and while Kovalev his best win by far isn't a shoe in for the HOF(and as you clarified in later posts doesn't belong unless he beats Clenelo lmao) You're not fooling anyone here.
