I did notice his speech is slightly slurred and slower. Surviving an accident like that can change so many things about a person physically and mentally. His workout video the other day looked better then I expected, but we won’t no for sure until the 5th. I just hope he doesn’t go down the Jermain Taylor road and has enough good people around him to say that’s it if he looks horrendous against Garcia.
I've always said,,taking a serious beating in the ring is like being in a bad car wreck. And that is exactly what Spence looks like, a bad beating. I think he should have had a tune up fight with a low power fighter to assess his punch resistance and durability, not to mention confidence
He did beat Porter. I didn't agree with that verdict at all. I thought Thurman won. Regardless, Garcia is no joke. Excellent fighter.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Danny is one of the more dangerous fighters that Spence will face. If Spence fights Danny like he fought Brook and Porter then there is a chance he could find himself being woken up. If he fights him like he fought Mikey and Stevenson then I give him the odds on winning.
Even before the accident he liked eating peanut butter, jelly (aka jam to sane people) and scrambled egg sandwiches. If mixing jam with scrambled egg isn't indicative of severe brain damage then nothing is.
Sure.. I dont think Theophane won, but the peterson and herrera fights were close. My point is that he arguably won his biggest fights.
