Pretty much everyone gets in the HOF; so, sure.

Stupid thread. However I'm a fan of Adamek, no doubt he will be in some interesting fights. He vs. Enzo Mac would be another Enzo vs. Haye....and I think Adamek would beat him too. Still, that would be an entertaining fight....alas, Warren will never make the fight.

I like Adamek, would be nice if he could rematch Chad if he ever moves back up, but I think that's unlikely to happen. I just think at CW it'd be anyones game, even though Chad put in a near-faultless performance, Adamek has the power to stop Dawson and nearly did it in their first fight. I wouldn't count out this guy against the majority of LHW/CW fighters, though I wouldn't bet him to beat everyone either. He's that kind of fighter.

No hall of fame, but he's proven himself an elite level fighter, took part in the 2 best light heavy fights of recent times (Briggs), stopped a former undisputed cruiser champ easily (Bell), and beat Cunningham in a superb, classy war to become THE MAN at cruiser.

Let's not froget Dawson did not come through that fight unscathed, as Adamek -despite being battered and outboxed - scored a late KD and won the late rounds.

Adamek's an elite level fighter, he's built a pretty good fan base, and I think the big TV companies should remember that this guy is essential viewing. In other words he's a successful and exciting fighter, and we need these guys just as much as the pampered stars who get to pick and choose their opponents and wind up in the HOF like Calzaghe will.

Though Calzaghe will undoubtedly get in the HOF, and deserved to be on the p4p lists, would any of you be confident that Joe would have beaten Adamek at light heavy?

Unifying cruiser and beating a couple of top-ranked contenders would give him a better case than many guys who are already in.

Same way I see it...while I don't think he's got that kind of run in him, no sense completely writing it off now.

As of now, he's not. In a few years, who knows? Screwier things have happened.

    I voted no...
But I didn't read the third option.

His problem will be if his body can withstand his style of fighting. Taking that much damage could age you over night.

Also he needs a "marquee" type win against a top 10 P4P type guy, and currently there are none of those in CW division. Perhaps Dawson will grant him a rematch someday.
