Is UFC fighting harder than Boxing ?

    MMA you have to train at so many aspects, striking hands and legs. Grappling, wrestling, submissions etc. At the same time you also have to train to defend the same stuff as well.

    I am die hard fan of UFC cause of 4 reason.

    1. Submission Holds
    2. Cage fight
    3. More Time Per Round
    4. Not Just Punches and Footwork

    Yes far more difficult as you have to focus on more than just the hands.
