Do you?!?! The average noob lifter who dramatically changes his diet and lifestyle can put on about 4-7 lean muscle in 2 months. Thats a nobody, a newbie lifter who has never lived the life.... But you think these guys who are not newbie lifters and have always lived a reasonably disciplined lifestyle and diet can put on 20lbs plus is a similar timescale? You believe this is just a case of upping your calories?!!!!!
Do you understand how metabolism works? It doesn't speed up when you're in your thirties. Usyk isn't some bloke who was sitting around on his couch and then just decided to eat right and start exercising. He's been a world level boxer... a dominant champion... and he had never shown that sort of definition before age 30. You don't suddenly get leaner AND gain 20 lbs of muscle in such a short amount of time. Not without some sort of help, legal or otherwise.
Muscle memory though? But he most likely is on gear like alnost all boxers. Remember Marquez going trough puberty again at 40 vs Pac.
Muscle memory only comes into play if usyk used to be huge, then downsized and got huge again. That's has never happened
I really, really fail to say what about his body screams steroids? His physique is easily acquirable through years of hard work, he had the body of a fit and healthy person, you don't need any extremes to get a body like that. Most guys could look like that in 2-3 years without drugs.
Lean muscle? Jesus christ some of you reach Usyk's got a higher BF percentage now than the first photo ffs.
