Khan losing to Prescott was a poor match in hindsight but also the making of Khan. If Enzo hadn't been knocked out in front of a packed 02 with a title to throw into the mix he'd have been sparked another time. Mitchell fight was far to early at the weight and at that class, but Mitchell will come again. If he doesn't get to that level again then Warren has oversold him once, hardly a criminal offence for a promoter. I don't go to hundreds of shows but went to 2 of those which probably shows how well promoted they were as being competitive fights (albeit with mostly uncompetetive undercards)
As soon as warren puts fighters in competitive fights, people claim it is poor matchmaking. Mitchell had to make this leap. Any fight above domestic is a risk. What else could warren do other than what he did?
Mate its poor when we were told this was gonna be 30k am pretty sure having upton park for the night was a costly do and fininically not worth it if they thought only 14 k would turn up, 14k is not a bad number at all but am pretty sure they thought they would do better than that, otherwise surely it would of been cheaper to do it at the O2?
