    Yes Whyte is tough domestic level boxer but as businessman he maybe is Hungarian journeyman level. That would not surprise anyone.
    He benefit more than any fighter being a Matchroom boxer but still would not sign to Matchroom! He thinks he more clever than he is. Good luck his way anyway. Even with bad sense he still much richer than most of us!

    There is a misconception that Hearn has worked wonders with Whyte. He’s played his part sure, but the real driving force was Sky. Leading up to Whyte’s underwhelming PPVs v Parker, Chisora 2, Rivas etc do you know how many hours of content they pushed of this guy, on SS Main event in prime time and SSN. It’s massively contributed to the hype around Whyte as well as the feeling that his was underrated, avoided and a bad man. Hearn would simply not be able to do that for a fighter now on the DAZN app.

    Hearn & Sky as a partnership over the past decade have worked absolute miracles - the Sky promotion machine is unbeatable when it comes to UK boxing, that just proves, but Hearn was / is a very talented salesman and they have had many successes with limited fighters or even those that are just good to make them superstars and consequentially, make good boxers into multi-millionaires (which I’ll never complain about.)

    Thinking of a few from off the top of my head;
    - It started with Audley, who Hearn managed to get into a title fight with Haye and promote that well despite us all knowing how it was going to end.
    - Built Froch into a genuine star, and even though both him and Groves were very very good, to build that fight into a national phenomenon was a great achievement.
    - AJ became the UKs most watched boxer under his eyes, and a genuine star with some brilliant nights.
    - Bellew fought at a football ground, had two blockbuster PPVs vs Haye and then a big event vs Usyk to bow out a multi-millionaire and have enough money to be left alone *cough cough*.
    - Dave Allen - He has to be the most limited heavyweight to get such big exposure in recent times. Technically awful, has a half decent punch and has a bit of banter to promote himself, but for him to become an attraction under Hearn was a big achievement.

    I agree it is SKY they needed heavyweight fighter to push for PPV more than just AJ two times in a year. Hearn helps.

    Sky made Dillian not Hearn. Same with Bellew.

    Name the fighters who are more marketable in all the divisions. Outside of AJ, Fury, Canelo who else is consistently headlining PPVs
