based on photos? where did you get 15-20 less then when not training? Funny how I am the guy hired to control this and deals with diet and weight everyday, yet you all think you know more based on photos or seeing them on TV:roll:

Vitali is actually heavier when he gets to camp. We took 5-7 lbs off him.... and Wlad is about 237-238 and is 243 come fight night

I have seen photos of them both looking substantially lighter then there fight weights. It is a FACT that Vitali tested positive for PED and was thrown off the Olympic team. Both of them have a typical ectomorphic body type. Tall, skinny, with long limbs. Body types that are notorious for being difficult to put muscle mass on do to the high metabolism. This is not my opinion... it's a fact.
I prepared Kermit Cintron for 24 fights. Kermit consumed roughly 6000 calories a day to maintain his body weight throughout training camp. His training protocol consisted of interval sprinting, plyometrics, weight training (heavy weight, low reps, and only one work set) plus all his boxing work, and sparring.
Any deviation from his diet that resulted in him missing calories resulted in immediate weight loss do to the demands of his training. So please explain to me how an ectomorph like either of the Klitschkos overcomes human physiology and gains muscle mass/weight while training for a 12 round boxing match.
His weight has been as low as 222lbs, and as high as 247lbs. A fluctuation of 25 lbs. 247 being his high which he was in his last fight. You say he comes in to camp at 237-238 which means during 8 weeks of high intensity boxing training Wladimir gained 9-10 lbs of muscle? The equivalent of what a dedicated bodybuilder gains in an entire year. Here I have been wasting my time in the weight room working my ass off to gain 10lbs a year when here all I have to do is box for 8 weeks and presto 10 lbs of muscle. YEAH RIGHT

Whenever I'm on holiday and have more time to train frequently I go up 8 lbs. easily, don't understand why it's hard to believe that a guy like Wlad can gain 5-8lbs. of muscle during training camp.

Wasn't he on medically prescribed PEDs for an injury at the time? I thought this was verified and documented...

^Add Mark Mcquire in that list. He is not only honest he's a great tipper... For instance, my buddy works for a big moving company and he moved Mcquire a couple weeks back. Mark was nice enough to tip all of the mover's with a ice cold bottle of water... whatta guy!!

There seems to be an undeniable link between people who hate the brothers in the first place and the people who think they are juicing.

If there is any juicing going on in the upcoming Vitali fight, it's more likely to be with Briggs, who was already popped for illegal substance use last December.

Probably but the ones I mentioned were actually caught ! ( RJJ is borderline I know )

The whole USSR Steriod pish is cold war propognada , the US has led the way in PEDs.

There are many reason to be no huge fan of the Klitshckos ( and I am no great fan ) but they are honest , good sportsmen and fight all-comers. No-one can take that away from them !
