Costa could be the man to do the job!

 

I'm picking Costa to win. He looks like a beast and puts massive pressure on Adesanya constantly moving forward and throwing hard. Let's not forget ancient Anderson Silva won a rd off Adesanya and fat welter Gastelum had him all but finished in the 4th rd of their fight. I might end up wrong but I say Costa stops him.

Yeah he wasn't impressive in that Vettori fight either. Imo he's very inconsistant, sometimes he looks sensational like against Brunson and Whitakker but other times he's in a snoozfest.

What do you think will happen in the Costa fight ?

 

I'd say Costa might -but he's pretty basic.

 

Didn't really rate Costa for a long time - Not sure that I do even now but for all of his flaws he's a bad matchup for Adesanya who has also never really impressed me. The smaller cage at the apex could play to Costas style as well. We'll see. I like Costs early but if it goes into the later rounds Adesanya will probably stop him.
