Of all the heavy-duty Rx choices out there, codeine is the only one that makes a dent in my armor. Oxys and percs are just a pragmatic pain control option; I'd feel comfortable operating heavy machinery on a generous dose plus a couple of beers. This stuff though - whatever the chemical blueprint, it's my Kryptonite. 5ml of severe mental ******ation before bed.
