It really sucks for Dawson. He's got no decent options short term...

They may decide to put him on the undercard if he accepts to stay busy, especially if HBO asks for it.

Much better fight technically, and has more impact on the light heavy division.

Good call, I see that happening, as he did in Canada on the Hopkins/Pascal II bill vs. Diaconu.

Who are options out there for Dawson? Grachev? Murat? Allan Green?

Much more impact on both the division as well as the careers of Dawson and Pascal.

Good fight. Bute, could be stronger at lhw and not weight drained.

    Bute, on points.

Allan Green is always a possibility since he fought 2 of his last 3 fights in the province, but why not a guy like Beibut Shumenov ? He wanted to unify the WBO in January...so why not the WBC in May ?

Pascal is going to destroy him, speed and thudding power.

LHW and SMW really are two fantastic divisions at the moment.

I am a big Shumenov fan, but nothing in his career since the attempted unification with Braehmer like 2 years ago or statements made recently, or anything point to that actually happen. I would be stoked, though. Imagine the true LHW title along with a unification of sanctioning body belts being on the undercard of a LHW non-title fight.

    Right?

Froch watches two of his sons fight the same day he fights Kessler, a match which Ward will be watching two of his sons fight.

Pascal is perfect test for Bute, to see if he has a decent chance against Froch.
