Have you read the whole thread mate because Flamengo honestly believes Mundine could make 154 "because Ray Kelly said so " and that the whole BS about IBO officials is the reason Mundine is not fighting Medley at the contracted 154 weight.

You shouldn't believe everything people say even if they are connected to the Mundine camp. Did you not consider for one moment that it appears strange that Ray Kelly starts a thread here proclaiming that Choc easily makes 154 then low and behold Khoder is unhappy with officials just a day or two later and Anthony will now be fighting at 160. :roll: Ray himself has said that he is helping Mundine prepare for the fight therefore he is getting paid by them so he isn't likely to come on here and say that Anthony is struggling like hell to get down to 154 like most people would think is the real reason Khoder and Anthony's camp don't like the officials.

Stop looking for an arguement.

I've been pretty quiet about this for the past few days because I perhaps added fuel to the fire regarding Rays comments and needed to think about this some more. It certainly appeared to be bull**** to me.

Even now I'm still very sceptical as to what really went on. I know you don't agree with 'Francis75', however I certainly agree with some of the things he's mentioned. I also agree with some of the stuff that you've mentioned.

IMO, Francis75 argument is pretty good because whilst Ray I'm sure is a decent and honourable person (well, I'm not sure as I don't know him, but let's assume he is), as Francis75 mentioned, getting paid by team Mandy. So naturally, at any point in time he will not state anything negative about the weight issue, or anything else negative regarding them. It's simple business. In fact I would have thought Ray would have signed a confidentiality clause.

To further add to this, it's plausible that Ray could have even been nudged by team Mandy to throw a few positive comments in the mix such as Mandy easily being able to make weight. When in reality he may not have even been close.

People have said why would he do such a thing as it can only harm his reputation. Not necessarily true, as can be clearly seen by the evidence from posters over the last few days.

Anyway, I think much of this went way too far, and I'm certain no one wanted anyone to get their ass reamed and have to leave this place, I know I didn't.

I guess the reason why I remain sceptical is because I just can't bring myself to believe that Mandy could have reached 154 (and be fit to fight well), regardless of what anyone says.

If anybody thinks this is straightforward they are nuts.......got to be more info as to why Ray and Phil left over this weight issue and the fight :think:think:think:think
