I dont think you guys even know who Ray works with in the boxing industry....because if you knew you would not say this stuff :-(

 

I don't dis-believe Ray, had spoken to him a few times before everything went down.

However if I hadn't, I'd be thinking like quite a few here, as on face value it certainly looks and sounds like Mundine can't make the weight.

So you have to ask why did they pull the pin? I'm starting to think another offers appeared and we may hear about it after this one. Cos as it stands, after the dismal ppv he was involved in last time, and whats unfolding before Monday nights one, Choc is going to have to pull a really big rabbit out of his hat (arse) to win any type of audience in the future.

That's not the point though, because no matter who you are, sceptism is always warranted.
Sometimes the higher profile someone has, the more they bull****.

As I said, I'm not saying Ray is bullshiting, though as always I am sceptical, and more rightly so when it involves Mandy.

Can't hang a man for having doubt if they don't have all the info and likely never will.

I doubt that will ever happen either.
The only thing right now which could bring my interest back is if he rematched Geale (and of course other international names, though the likelyhood of that is nil).

 

TBH, starting a thread about Mundine making 154 easily was kind of out of character for Ray.

It did conveniently appear not long after the story on the news where Mundine was training with that jockey and getting boiling down tips from him.

Not bagging Ray, but I think it was a bit of a PR stunt in an attempt to garner more interest in the fight.

Maybe, just maybe Ray's name could be cleared and distanced from this mess of a situation. Who's to say for certain that Ray Kelly himself made the thread regarding Mundine "easily" making 154 a week or two before the scheduled fight. Maybe someone has gotten hold of Ray's user name and password for ESB and had been running amok with Ray's immaculate reputation coping it unfairly.
I'm willing to give Ray the benefit of the doubt on this debarcle until he resurfaces. I'm sure Ray will clear this mess up to all of our satisfaction.
