Prime for Prime over 15 I'd bet the house and everything I own on Dempsey being stopped. Imagine Dempsey fighting a bigger, stronger, more durable and faster Tunney who was black and you'll get an image of how mismatched this is. The most Dempsey can hope for is a knockdown.
Judging from the little I have seen of Dempsey on film, I say he gets outclassed and eventually stopped. Ali wouldn't have to be a lights out puncher to get the job done here, he'd be landing with regularity.
Yeah, that's how I'd guess. I'd pick each guy to take a close fight, and Ali to take a not-so-close fight.
Of course not, but there are stylistic similarities. Yeah, pretty much. A bit more, but not too much. Floyd was quicker anyway. How many legit punchers did Dempsey go up against?

I will take Ali by a close yet clear decision perhaps 9-6.....I think Dempsey is much better and closer than most make this sound....but then again he is white (and ESB classic forum has drawn the color line against him), so the deck is stacked against him already.
