AJ have enough boxing skills to keep Jai off him and yes, his size will definitely help him. Now, AJ seem to forget sometimes how big and strong he is and try to out box boxers, that’s more of a mental thing with AJ. But yes, the bigger fighter (should) win. Since you seem to believe you know boxing I’m sure you heard “a big good fighter will beat a small good fighter”. Fun fact: Jai came to my boxing gym many years ago as a teen/amateur and sparred hard with Andy Ruiz. He got beat up but held his own, the tempo Jai had frustrated Ruiz but his size was too much for Jai in the end.
What a load of unadulterated crap. The best fighter in the world today, at any division is Oleksander Usyk. And he beats up much bigger guys for fun. Plenty of HW champions have been much smaller than their opposition. Mike Tyson? Evander Holyfield? By your reckoning, Nikolai Valuev should be the greatest heavyweight of all time. Yet he lost to David Haye, a cruiserweight.
Joshua was getting outboxed by old Povetkin who isn't much bigger than Jai and Jai is probably a heavier hitter at cruiserweight than Usyk who has some pop on his shots even when he's against bigger guys
Usyk is in a class of his own and not really a small guy with his 6’3 220lb, don’t you think? Tyson always fought at heavyweight, Evander is not really your normal cruiser either and even though I’m a fan of Haye he didn’t really do that much at heavyweight and lost when he fought a skilled big guy in Wlad. Btw the only reason Valuev won a title without any skills was because of his size. Who else do you got tough guy??
I don’t need anything else. I dismantled your ignorant position without any real effort at all. I’ll save the proper discussion for proper boxing people.
Right now, Opetaia, but he needs to move up right now, after his next fight obviously since he’s got one scheduled, forget the Chris Billam-Smith fight, don’t make the mistake Briedis made, there’ll always be someone new to fight, so just move up and build a legacy at heavyweight.
Yeah, I agree with this. We have another recent example in Gassiev. Wallin had an easy night with him. Usyk is special
Because 6'3 and 6'9 is a different of 6 inches and Fury isn't even 6'8. The length of some palm are about 6 inches lol. This unbeatable super heavyweight myth is stupid when we know heavyweights can be hurt by cruiserweights look at what lerena did to Dubois aj couldn't even drop him and Usyk almost knocked Fury out. Fury got dropped by Cunningham. Holyfield had Bowe out on his feet and wobbled Foreman. He had Lewis briefly hurt too
