Good boxer He's fighting MMA fighters a couple years past their prime who were considered great strikers and he's beating them. Remember, Tyson Fury struggled against Francis Ngonnau. He did fight Tommy Fury who is a legit pro and while he lost he still knocked him down and won rounds with limited experience. He also fought some random boxers with pretty good records (which a lot of pros do early on in their careers) and KO'd them quite easily. Jake Paul is legit. Obviously the GOAT influencer boxer. A very good fighter who gets eyes on the sport.
I honestly don't have strong feelings about him one way or another. Part of me thinks, fair play. He appears to be dedicating himself to the sport. He seems to be a decent pucnher. And he is drawing eyes to boxing, albeit a style over substance type of aspect. But I don't think he is necessarily 'hurting ' boxing, more allowing people to access it from a different angle. On the flip side, despite what he says, he is no world champion in the making. And the bouts he is taking part in are low quality fights, in terms of skills. He has his own niche and he is continuing to carve it. so I honestly don't pay it all much mind, as long as people know - and are honest about - what he is. That said I do think the Tyson fight is a bit grim.
Remove the 5 mate. Prime Tyson would have KO’d this con artist with the first punch of the fight. It would have been waved off immediately. It would have been all over quicker than when Jimmy Thunder sent Crawford Grimsley into next week.
Horrible fighter steroid using POS who picks over the hill non boxers who are naturally a lot smaller than him to fight. Lost to the only boxer he fought all other opponents have been compromised. Unbelievable that there are actual grown men who support him. I hope that he gets seriously hurt one day.
None of those choices. He is a beginning boxer who has improved a bit. As far as his wealth goes, props to him for being able to monetize himself.
I respect Jake Paul. I’m not a fan of his or anything and couldn’t give a **** about his fights, but he must work hard behind the scenes. You’ve got to admire that. We all see him at the pressers and mouthing off on YouTube and the rest of the circus, but there must be a lot of work that he has to do when the cameras are off….which none of us see. I think it’s great to see a young lad doing so well. I’d love Tyson to knock him out though lol
Honestly I feel kinda sorry for the guy. 27 years old and has all that money but is destroying his body with steroids and has no kids. Dunno, sounds like a story that won't have a happy ending.
