James Toney as a heavyweight?

I don't rate Toney super high in a H2H sense at Heavyweight I think Usyk for example would beat him in one sided fashion via decision.

But I do think Toney would have interesting match ups vs some smaller Heavyweights like Charles, Walcott, Moore, etc. I also believe Toney vs Marciano would be pretty interesting aswell.
