    Well it should be ABH for what he has done.

    He deserves whatever he is sentenced too. It happened over a year ago as well, maybe it explains his lackluster performances lately; his mind not being on the job :think

    sounds like a battery charge rather than an ABH or GBH. doubt he'll get any jail

    It's certainly not GBH, but the bruising to the face suggests its a ABH offence.

    Anyway, I don't want to get involved in a law discussion, had enough of that at college :good

    Probably community service and a fine. People have done far worse and not got jail.

    His last couple of performances weren't great. Lets hope he picks up once this is out of the way.

    Needs to shave his head or something though. He reminds me of Stephen Gately and i find it a bit odd watching a gately clone tearing about the ring, arms flailing!
