I'm really surprised to not see any buzz about this, McDonnel's 2nd defense of his European bantamweight title.

It should be pretty good, IMO. The little Belgian brings it.

It does seem to have a **** undercard, but tbh outside of Carl Johanneson vs. Akaash Bhatia I'm not actually familiar with any of those other names.

I think thr Johanesson fight is off as well. Shame becauase its a great cross roads fight. Both have attacking styles.

Jamoye is a very tough fight for McDonnell. If he comes through we will know we have a talent on our hands.

Damn. And it looks like Napa's fight has been cancelled. At least the main event is good, some of the opponents being rumoured for McDonnell were bad.

Johanneson is now down as fighting George Watson at Light-welter

bit of a difference from fighting at Super-feather

Carl could probably not make the weight for the Bhattia fight and no doubt Napa quit the fight early.

Maybe that's why he changed opponent if he can't make the weight. Watson's crap, anyway.

Johanneson has a British title eliminator against Crolla at the end of February. Probably didn't want to take a risk.

Seems like they're trying to take the fast track with Jamie, good move maybe he could push a world title fight at the end of 2011-12

Napa v McDonnell, Arnould v McDonnell, Kameda v Jamoye , Jaramillo v Jamoye: four great fights.... McDonnell v Jamoye another great fight. It won't be an easy night by McDonnell but I have put my money on him by decision. I think he has the boxing skills, the reach and the height to win this bout.

Very good fight and I have to say that I was very surprised and relieved when this fight was made. Considering all the other **** that was thrown around for this fight and all the other crap that is being made at the moment I have to say that this makes a nice change.

I think that right now these are the two best Bantamweights in Europe so I really am looking forward to this and I think the winner will move into contention at 118. Right now I have to favour Jamoye as he appears to be the more seasoned contender but I wouldn't put money on it.
