    You dont use diurectics to mask hormones. You use them for loosing water.

    Correct. Ephedra was banned because it was found to cause heart murmurs and death in some extreme cases. Some caffeine derivatives like Red Bull contain small amounts of Ephedra. Caffeine itself though is a diurectic. Drink large amounts of tea and see how often you'll ****. And no, diurectics to my knowledge in boxing are illegal. Ephedra was banned in the US by the FDA. (although iv heard that ban is now lifted..)
