Hopkins would not beat Pascal. Pascal has way to much speed and movement for the old guy to even catch him. Pascal would win a very wide UD. Pascal is once again being under rated.

WHy someone would want to fight B-Hop at this point seems odd to me. The man will make you look ugly in the fight even if you somehow beat him.

I LOVE PASCAL...but lets be honest. A Pascal fight makes about zero sense.

Hes got the fastest hands in the world at the moment. A 45 year old will not keep up with him. Hes better at 175 and i think he can go close to unifying.

He is very fast...but he is NOT even the fastest in his division, let alone the world. And as for his movement, its good because of his footspeed, but his actual footwork is not. Froch was able to close the distance with his slow footed, plodding/stalking style...yet Bernard would not be able to?

Im ok with you saying that you think he might win (I disagree, but its fine), but you cant use movement as a reason...when movement didnt even allow him to stay away from Froch (which BTW, was a closer fight then the scorecards showed).

I agree with you btw that he is LEAGUES better at 175, but I dont think he can beat Dawson...tho I would love to see a fight between the two of them happen.

Hmm let's see where is Edison Miranda now? Oh, that's right...nowhere. He's got 4 losses and if not for Showtime telling us that it was actually him in the ring with Andre Ward that night we never would have known that he even showed up based on his performance. I criticized Pascal to no end about getting hurt by that clubfighter on ESPN but he has since proven himself having gone 12 hard rounds with Froch and then moving up to light heavy to nab Diaconu's belt. Granted, Diaconu isn't anything special but the guy could bang and Pascal stood in there with him and got the job done.

    Dawson-Hopkins would be interesting.

Pascal is still far too green to belong in the ring with Hopkins. Right now it would be an easy belt for Hopkins.

Bhop might be interested in fighting winner Dawson/Johnson because the winner would have a higher market value:D

Maybe he should have a tune up bout against Pascal first and snatching a belt on his way to the winner of Dawson/Johnson

Pffff...what a nerve, to think you have a belt and that the whole world is at your feet, what an arrogance:patsch

Pascal's callikng out B-Hop is only marketing people. I'd be very surprised if it happened. Even Pascal knows it. If this bout happens, I'd give a shot to Pascal on winning. Not a big one though. It all depends on what B-hop still has in the tank.

Pascal never called out Hopkins. The author of this thread is a troll.
