Jean Pascal or Chad Dawson

I already said that Dawson had an off night against Pascal, and Dawson was a bit of a head case as well. The Dawson that beat the guys I mentioned on those nights would never have lost to Pascal, that is all I'm saying. Hopkins was old and slow, but he was still better than Pascal. That Dawson wasn't able to do much besides throw more punches against Hopkins, doesn't mean that Pasal would have beaten that Dawson.

Dawson had absolutely no ring IQ what so ever, as evidenced in his razor close victory over Glen Johnson, where he just haemorrhaged round after round because he couldn't adapt.

There was huge hype around him at the time.

 

styles h2h the pace and toughness of pascal was too much for dawson. but i dont think pascal could beat adamek and tarver probably decisions him. otherwise its a close one.

 

You say this like Pascal actually accomplished a lot. Pascal beat Dawson in sort of a dodgy way with no rematch and beat Bute after his bubble already popped.

Dawson beat Tarver twice, BHop, Glen Johnson, and Eric Harding. His fall off just happened to be awful.
