Well I wouldn't call Hatton or Cotto 'slow.' Just slow compared to Pacquiao. And I believe that he's made these guys look bad just because Pacquiao is THAT damn good. He's become such a better fighter. There are things he does in the ring that I've really never seen before. That's whats given him the success, not any single physical attribute like strength or speed.
1. The sample size at the higher weights is not enough to conclude anything regarding KO/TKO percentages. He fought only about 5 fights at 135lbs and above and more than 30 fights below. Once he fights more at 147, his KO percentages will normalize. 2. The KO/TKO percentage increase at higher weights can be attibuted to PEDS true, but they can be attributed to better training and nutrition. Also, his NOT having to shed weight can be a factor also.
You just answered your own question, dip****. Aside from the fact that Pacquiao has become a much better fighter, Hatton was made for him, and Cotto was also to some degree. He couldn't knock out DLH or Clottey. Your evidence is pretty weak. Lets also add in the fact that he fought over 30 times at the lower weights and has only had 5 fights at lightweight and above, as paulcris pointed out.
Jeff is not your quintessential Mayweather, he isn't over outspoken, If Jeff says something he means it and its well thought through... I have known all of the Mayweathers for years and Jeff is the ordinary guy out of all of them.. Very grounded.. I don't consider Jeff an Idiot, he just has an opinion... he is saying what many are just thinking... Jeff isn't at all an Idiot...........

I actually think its more like the thread starter is a die hard Pacquiao fan , i applaude his loyalty .... I just think as a unbiased view, Jeff was playing devils advocate.. I hear a lot of similar views about Pac and many other fighters.. Jeff doesn't just spout random **** and is an accomplished writer and trainer..... Mayweather is a massive draw regardless, Pac can bring good cash to the table, but a fight with Mayweather is BIG.. Because of Pacquiao and Mayweather both.. Manny doesn't need him but the cash from such a Big event (including Mayweather) is because of Floyd too.... You may like many hate Floyd jr, but he does bring major cash and if Manny wants a part of that money , he has to give way to some of Mayweathers conditions...
