Hi dudes was out running and thought maybe doing one of these would be a bit fun for my next fight!!! Do you think they are ****? What makes a good one- template wise? How frequent etc???! I think would be funny even if it seriously damages what little credibility I have left here Thoughts?!

Great idea, me thinks. Will it be of you training and sparring? Or just speaking to a camera? Probably best to do both. Release a video twice a week (or maybe every three days) with you talking about how the training/dieting is going, and mixing in clips of you actually in action to illustrate what you’re talking about. Probably best to keep them short and sweet – around 5 minutes each. Might be handy to have a dedicated friend filming you with a decent camera. The better the all-round quality (sound and visuals), the more useful the viewers will find them.
Ha ha I'm pretty ok as long as it has merit.... I'm 50-50 I think it would be good to show you what we do... I think if Charlie Zelenoff could actually fight he'd have been massive.
