Yes a bit more insight into a training camp would be great, I said on another thread that I'd like to see more of it on TV, like in fight build ups, more in depth detail of training / sparring / diet / or an actual dedicated programme but maybe you can give away too much info!

    Like the idea! :good

    Fantastic idea.

The Jeff Thomas gas tank is the one area which needs serious work. For such a highly regarded personal trainer, and someone who seemingly prides himself on his fitness and conditioning, I don't believe it's an exaggeration to state that Jeff Thomas' stamina is nothing short of disgraceful.

Believe it or not, Thomas was a red hot British prospect at one point, streaking to 6-1-1 (both blemishes were robberies).

However, partly due to the bad influence of the notorious Michael Gomez, Thomas lost focus, and gradually became more interested in alcohol, women, and carving out a fearful reputation as a brutal street fighter. Inevitably, his boxing career suffered, as did the unfortunate chap who Thomas viciously beat into a coma (to name but one of the victims of the now out of control Thomas' life style).

For those who closely followed his progress and watched his bouts from ringside, this was an extremely frustrating experience. Often picking up the Blackpool Gazette to see headlines such as "Man found beaten unconscious outside local nightclub." was also fairly unpleasant.

Still, the past is the past, and with the new found focus there's still a window for great success :happy.

    Ha ha ha

Where to start with this one!!! Regarding stamina- my last fight was a big improvement - the rest is largely mental fabrication on your part - I didn't 'beat' anyone into a coma. Which is a silly thing to say - as amusing as you are. The circumstances regarding that incident were investigated by the cps and i wasn't found to be at fault.

Re the people unconscious outside night clubs- if Blackpool gazette used that headline they be using it every week ha ha - same in any town I'd imagine.

I want 24/7 style production values jeff. In depth analysis of your childhood and career. An emotional sob story about your struggles with cake nonces and other scum in your secondary career as an Internet vigilante. Anything less and esb shall roar it's disapproval.
