He will go down in round 8 or 9...... When he drops to his knees to celebrate after shockingly knocking Cotto clean out. :yep
God,some upset that would be,no, unlike some people on here i`ve seen at least one of Jennings fights and i reckon Cottos experience and class will get Mike out of there by the 8th.
I'd like to think Jennings gets the best outcome, survives to the end after receiving a brutal drubbing. Will not be the best for him in terms of longevity, but will garner him enough respect that he can fight a couple more fights, and after lasting the distance with Cotto, the scope for those two fights will be greater and hopefully Mikey can make himself a bit of cash. However, I fear it will be a carbon copy of the Gomez fight. People think Jennings might be able to box Cotto for a bit, but that's what I see being his downfall. Cotto counters with a devastating left hook to the head, then finishes Jennings off with a right uppercut in the fourth round.
maybe he survives the whole 12 rounds but his face is not going to look ver pretty after Cotto is done with him
If somehow Jennings manages an upset, it will be the end of Cotto's carreer. That' s somethin' Cotto needs evade...
How can people predict a result without even knowing who Jennings is? Jennings is a superb athlete and a slick fighter. He hasn't got the strength to stop or even slow Cotto down but he could certainly win a few rounds on workrate and I personally see this going the distance with Cotto coming on strong late 9-3 (maybe 8-4) UD to Cotto. This fight is designed to make Cotto work and give him confidence. If Jennings was a bum, the entire point of the fight is moot.
