I dont know why everyone hates Taylor so bad, for one he ducks nobody as you could see by his resume. He has thought 4 close matches with some elite fighters of this era and has won 3 and one of which was a draw, in all 4 fights he was the agressor. The man is obviously talented and wether he beats Pavlik or not they cant take away the fact he was the only man to beat B-hop twice, and thats accomplishment in itself.
Last 2 fights were terrible, if that's the style he plans to use from now on then he loses his next fight 100%. The Jermain Taylor from the Winky fight and before fought with Bad Intentions and desire.
Taylor is not ****...god damn it..he was a decent middle champ..Crazy Amsterdam is right though..taylor goes into a shell and becomes kind of like a punching bag when he is smothered. Pavlik has everything to beat Taylor. If he does not take him out of there I will be surprised. But Taylor is still a good fighter regardless.
If Taylor is crap that means Hopkins and Winky are crap. That means Tarver is crap as well as Jones and Johnson. I guess Shane is crap since he lost to Winky. Same for DLH...crap. Idiots...
You may very well be onto something pretty ground breaking mate with this post. However, Shane with his size disadvantage is more than forgiven, in fact, 'resume points' for making it close the 2nd time around. Johnson is a B level fighter, always has been. Tarver is absolutely an overrated fighter and Jones at that point was no longer Roy Jones Jr. Hopkins is definitley not crap, just old at 40+.
