    He is legit but I think he will be too small to handle Charlo. Straight ahead aggressive fighter will be there to be hit as he attacks the body. Also, his power is pretty good but I’ve seen him land his biggest shots without getting guys in trouble. It will be a good fight but he will be there to be hit by a bigger puncher, bigger body fighter than the guys in your video clips. Charlo will probably win by disputed decision because I don’t see this guy knocking him out.

    I’ve seen him fight. He’s not a bad fighter and appears to be tailor made for Charlo. I’ll still root against Charlo because he’s a big mouth punk like his brother but this is a safe fight for Charlo.

    I think it will be a very interesting fight and not a fight where Charlo will be made to look especially-good - even though I am picking him to win by eventual stoppage.

    One point that I think is fair to raise about Castano...

    This fight is going to be taking place just a couple months shy of his 32nd birthday. On the face of it, he isn't old for 154 lbs - but that hyperactive style of his isn't one that ages well. I don't necessarily expect him to be declining yet - but he's probably got to be careful about managing his output...at least to the extent that he avoids punching himself out or gassing out in the 2nd half.

    It's definitely a fight that Brian Castano needs right now if it's going to happen at all.

    great fight , a true tossup. castaño throws punches non-stop and charlo has a very leaky defense, at the same time charlo power might be the decisive factor. Castaño beat derevyanchenko in WSSB and spence as an amateur, both clear wins, for reference. he was only hurt once when esteban de jesus cuaght him with a massive counter that dropped him heavily
