I just don't think Quarry is a terrible match up for Jack ... not in size, speed or power .. I like Dempsey by a mid round KO and pretty decisively ...
Well his resume is ****. So the only thing you can argue is his H2H ability. But he looks like **** on film.
You're not your usual self BE. Like you're losing it, man. Did you stop taking your meds, or did you overtake your meds? I thought we talked about this! I'm seriously worried about you. :blurp
Pete...I'm not losing it. I'm GAINING it...thanks to the new flavor of RAHHHR. Drink some RAHHHR, Pete. It will show you true Quarry magic. :hey This content is protected This content is protected
My favorite ingredients are a tossup between Anti-******ation enhanced iodine #3" and Turkish manipulation.
Me too, Quarry would be bloody at the end,I liked him but Dempsey is his superior in every department, imo.
Not in real life, bro. He fought much, much superior competition to what Dempsey did. Looks better on film. And beat better fighters than Dempsey beat. Patterson, Lyle, Shavers and probably Mathis were better than anyone that Dempsey beat.
Didn't Quarry himself say he was too skilled for Dempsey? He certainly is the technically better boxer. I do think Quarry is at least as good as Sharkey who gave Dempsey hell and more mentally tough to boot. He's also very probably better than the Miske who a few papers had beating Dempsey before his sickness got worse. Dempsey is the better athlete, maybe a little faster although Quarry has underrated speed. But no way is Quarry getting knocked out, he handled bigger punchers than Dempsey and took their punches well. I see it as being a close decision either way
Based upon what? Upon what you see on film? Well I think Quarry looks better than both and I am a fan of Gibbons. But to each his own I suppose.
The dying Miske who had odds of 33-1 and coming off several losses including losing every round to Greb or the SMW Gibbons who was coming off a shut out Greb loss and you claimed was done just 2 years later when he faced Tunney?
Ive been searching for this for years, Grigory Efimovitch gave me a litre of it just before he went to meet Prince Yousopoff. I never had a chance to ask him where he got it from,as he went out ice skating late and I never saw him again. Please send me a case ,my address is 12 b The Dangerous Ward,The IVy Home ForThe Disturbed,Curmudgeonly, and Catatonic. Patient 1632. Thanks in advance.:good
