Before your time.
I'm confused here, how can you say he didn't, when in fact he only landed 8 less punches and at a much better ratio?
Because when land LESS punches than your opponent then you didn't "out land" them. I can't put it any more simple than that.
Out threw, out landed, landed more power punches by a good margin, controlled the fight. Pretty simple and he did this with a town shoulder, injured as early as round 2.
I understand, but your premise was, you couldn't see how Walcott could land "anything". So when we are working from that premise, and using that premise as analogous to the Byrd fight, a fight Byrd almost landed as much as Vitali, I think we can see why him landing anything was brought up, let alone 124 punches. Point is, you were a bit off saying you can see how Walcott could land anything. Worse fighters have landed something correct?
If he was doing so well, then why did he quit? You can't have it both ways Mendoza, and this is part of your problem, critical thinking. If he was doing as well as you make it out to be, then why would he need to quit a fight he was controlling and in no danger in? Even if he was in pain, he had manage said pain for 6 additional rounds, and was winning the fight easily according to you, so why was there a need to quit? I know, because the fight wasn't as easy as you make it out to be, in fact, he was obviously worried about losing it and taking punishment. That is a far cry from how you're portraying it.
Walcott beat Ten Hoff comfortably.
Ten Hoff had 5 inches reach on Vitali.84"--79"

I believe Ten Hoff's real height was 6'5" which he used to be listed as, he is certainly more than 3 inches taller than the 6 foot Walcott.
Back from your " vacation "? I told ya 2016 was a fine time for a break So take some advice from me, it's best to mind your P's and Q's.
Vitali reach is often listed at 80", but the way HBO defines reach, from the pit of the arm to the fist, Vitali had a little more reach ( 29.5 " ) than Lennox Lewis, who had an 84" listed reach.
I left this forum voluntarily if you look at my posts you can see that ,while away I discovered I had been banned momentarily ,I could have been back earlier but not much happening here,no more threads from me ,at least for a while, too many dyslexic posters like yourself. And I don't need any advice from you either. You ,Zodius ,Black Hercules and Galvatron may be the future here, well if that's the case ,being banned again won't be any hardship Dr Z !
Sounds like your almost ready to check out. You were banned for a week, so I hear. Hardy momentarily. Why you must continue to distort the truth is beyond me.
The insane often think the world is dyslexic. I'm glad I don't view things through your prism. When you have issues with one person, okay. But in your case, it's several posters and there are quite a few more names you didn't mention could qualify.
Back to boxing...
I made a thread and stipulated the conditions for it, anticipating that several couldn't read properly or just couldn't be *rsed to, I even underlined and reiterated those conditions .It made no difference semi- literate posters such as yourself wlil do what they will do.I just cannot be bothered to make new threads in an attempt to interest and engage others .Let Zodius ,Galvatron, and Black Hercules behave as they wish and you can do your Jim Crow thing too.I couldn't care less any more.
We shall see about that. I hope so.
I think that too much is being made of the size disparity here.
Walcott wasn’t really a lot smaller than Evander Holyfield when he first stepped up to heavyweight.
I also think that some people are a bit too quick to treat Klitschko as being some sort of head to head monster.
I mean who did he actually beat?
Jersey Joe could give vit quite a few problems. A top on form Joe moving, slipping and using the ring I can see vit struggling for good few rounds. He would be getting slightly frustrated with Walcott I believe. But I feel as the fight goes on vit start s to get those big righthand s and jab working. Some where round the tenth Walcott gets really hurt and ref steps in
