I don't think I've ever heard more biased commentary than Watt last night. He was practically sucking David Haye's **** throughout the fight (in a verbal sense of course). I'll have to re-watch it to remember the exact quotes but some of them were ridiculous, he may be under orders from Sky to do it I don't know but it should be addressed.
To be fair it was Darke who was coming out with most of the unnecessarily hyberbolic statements last night.
Watt is god awful, so's the other fella. Wherever possible I turn off the Sky commentary and put on the radio or stream commentary off the internet.
If anything I thought Watt was praising Ruiz too much. Hmmm. Didn't he have Valuev up by 2 or 3 rounds too?
the only thing that annoys me is how bored they sound.They can suck the live out of a fight plus watt is always calling for a corner stoppage.Give kamara the job, he wouldn't have a clue but he would be enteraining
You on about last nights fight? I think it was Icemax who said that Watt got the Moore-Rhodes fight so wrong he should have resigned live on air.
I think that they must be under some form of etiquette when they are on air, they should have part of the show that could be interactive like the way that Buncey used to do it on Setanta...:good Better still, they should hire Buncey with Spencer Oliver, that would be a great combo...:yep
After the Valuev fight Watt got a lot of stick for being too anti-Haye and now he's getting slated for being too pro-Haye
