Pac should fight JMM next. Of course if Pac decides to fight either Guzman or Juan Diaz that would be fantastic in terms of great matchups but if he wants to be fair he needs to fight JMM first to settle the score. David Diaz is absolutely unacceptable. I had old Morales beating him last time.

According to Btalk, Pac has publicly voiced his displeasure with the purse splits as they stand now for a JMM fight. If its at 57/43 as has been previously reported.....something tells me that 3% more for Pac is not going to make him any happier. If 60/40 is what Pac would want to make the fight happen, I dont see where GBP would not go for it to make the fight happen. .....but apparently it looks like Pac wants more than that. .....and then under the agreement outlined by GBP and Arum for the rights to Pac.....where does GBP draw the line as far as future negotiations with Arum and Pac????? GBP and Arum outlined certain and specific splits when it came to Pac fighting a GBP fighter.....if they budge significantly so that a JMM fight can take place......its going to set a precedent so that both Arum and Pac can break the rules already outlined.......they would want to negotiate down like that for other fights! If GBP budges, I can only see them budging a little or Arum is going to own them in future negotiations! 57/43 or 60/40, and there is alot of upside imo for the PPV numbers for this fight to top that of MAB's and Morales' fight with Pac. The Mexicans and the latin community know that JMM represents a real and legit chance to beat Pac.....they will certainly by the fight in huge numbers! Call me crazy, but I think JMM-Pac will reach what Cotto-Mosely did, about 400K.......thats alot more money right there to be split between both JMM and Pac as far as the fighters getting an additional % of the PPV! I dont see where any of the other potential Pac opponents would even come close to reaching those numbers. Realistically, Juan Diaz still needs another couple of fights on HBO for further exposure before he's able to draw big numbers with a fight with Pac. I swear I've mentioned Juan Diaz' name to a few not diehard fans, but fans that buy the occasional PPV boxing show....in fact I mentioned it when I was watching the undercards of the Mosely-Cotto fight, and most of the guys there had no clue who Juan Diaz was! .....they know who JMM is, they know who Chavez Jr. is, they even know who Jorge Acre is, but they did'nt have a clue who Juan Diaz was and he just finished mopping the floor with Julio Diaz a week or two prior!

These press releases might just be a ploy to find out who's gonna budge down in the talks.
