I read it a while ago. I remember Nacho saying that he didn't want Marquez used as a stepping stone.

Just googled and found these links: http://www.411mania.com/boxing/news/129540/Nacho-Beristain-Isn%5Ct-Crazy-About-Khan-vs.-Marquez.htm

    http://www.thesweetscience.com/boxi...anuel-marquez-really-needs-follow-nacho-plan/

    http://www.espn.co.uk/more/sport/story/6100.html

"The best thing is for him to have a different opponent in his own weight class and not be exploited once again. Khan is a junior welterweight and they want to make the fight at that weight. I think Juan Manuel deserves to retire like a true champion and not be made to be anyone's stepping stone," said Beristain."

Says it all really. Nacho knows that GBP will try to feed Marquez to their young guns and he is looking out for his guy :good
