    Marquez is fraud....

1.fighting Katsidis who was KO by Casamayor and beaten by Diaz...Both Casa and Diaz was beaten by Marquez and still Marquez fought the loser, one dimensional and bum Katsidis.
What did Marquez gained fighting Katsidis????NOTHING!!!!!!!!
2.fighting Diaz who has 5 loses on his last 6 fights(beaten and battered by Campbell, and toyed by Malignaggi).
3.next fight will be against faded and shot Morales at 135 instead of Soto. What will Marquez gain in fighting Morales(KO twice by Pacman) on his next fight to be worthy challenger against Pacman...

if Marquez is seriously wants to get a fight with Pacman he should move up in weight and should be in the mix fight with khan, devon, bradley, maidana, berto and even Mosley to be worthy challenger against Pacman...Those fighters are fighting each other to have a chance to fight Pacman while Marquez is feasting on bum, and faded fighters in lower weight to get a fight with Pacman...He even price himself out with unrealistic demand against Pacman.... This was the 2nd time he did this...The 1st rematch was Marquez price himself out by turning down 750K dollars fight with Pacman and choosing 30k dollars fight with Chris John in Indonesia...And now he has a unrealistic demand to price himself out of Pacman fight instead will fight Morales or any bums, loser and faded fighter at 135 for less than a million...Marquez wants more than what he received when he fought Floyd...Come on!!!!!His lost against Floyd was so dominant where he didn't win any round or never a threat for 12 complete round, even Floyd scored a knockdown, wants more against Pacman...Marquez didn't prove himself that he is worthy challenger at higher weight...He's a joke at higher weight...Even Malignaggi will KO him in first round.

Marquez doesn't want to fight above 135....He knows he has no chance even against an average fighter above 135...Marquez only wants to fight Pacman for his last big retirement payday....He even ducked Khan when Marquez was about to move up to 140, Khan made himself available but Marquez suddenly made up his mind to return at 135 to fight bum and loser katsidis....

Pacman is smaller fighter...if Pacman can fight bigger and stronger fighter...Why not JMM????if JMM has superior skills then he can do what Pacman did....Beat Cotto, Clottey and Margarito...Why go back at 135 or move up to 140 only to fight faded and shot Morales??....Fight Berto and make a statement that he is competitive at higher weight....Since both Berto and Marquez badly want Pacman then fight for the right to have a chance for a fight for Pacman....Berto needs a name fighter for his next fight and that is Marquez, while Marquez needs a good WW fighter on his next and that its Berto....Both fighters have no scheduled fight yet....Berto vs Marquez should happen!!!!!

Marquez/Khan would a much better fight, and Marquez would see less risk in Khan than in Maidana.

With Marquez, it all depends on the weight the fight is set. At 135, Marquez wins by UD against both fighters, except with Maidana he will be hurt, but still win by UD.

At 140 and above, both fighters would win a UD (or in Maidana's case a TKO) vs Marquez.

because Marquez himself doesn't want to fight above 135...when Marquez decided to move up to 140 and Khan challenge him for a fight, Marquez immediately change his mind and returned to 135 only to fight a bum and loser Katsidis who was KO by Casamayor and beaten by Diaz...Both Casa and Diaz lost to Marquez and still Marquez fought loser Katsidis...Marquez gained nothing against a loser Katsidis.Marquez only wants to fight Pacman for last big retirement payday...

I would like to see that fight. I think Maidana beats him. If JMM actually wins. Then Pac is ducking him if they don't fight after. Marquez is a great boxer. But looks beatable at 135 by B class fighters. And some people think he can fight pacquiao at 140 +. I would like to see him prove he can handle a 140 pound fighter before he gets in with Pacquiao 3.0.

Maidana ko. I don't see JMM able to take control of the fight. He'd win rounds. That's a given. But the weight and stamina would do him in.

Something to note is that Marquez looked like he had the stamina to go 15 rounds in the fight he lost vs Mayweather........off of that, I believe the assumption by some in this thread that the bigger Maidana wears down Marquez is flawed.

Conditioning wise, Marquez is superior to Maidana......and yes, I'm saying that Marquez stamina as a Welterweight is proven in his fight with Mayweather.

There is a big gap in skill level here. Marquez is too skilled and so accurate with his shots.

........and as far as knockdowns are concerned.....Marquez has been dropped by either sharp straight, or short hard shots on the inside.

Maidana somewhat telegraphs his shots and throws them on the wide side.

Faster, quicker fighters of both hand and foot can present Marquez trouble at his advanced age.
I'd say that a Maidana type is a counterpunchers dream opponent.

Sure Maidana has a punchers chance, just as he did vs Khan, but I'd make Marquez a clear favorite to beat Maidana.

better for Marquez to stay off above 135....he'll get killed there....Better fight Soto whom Marquez ducked for years, Guerrero and a rematch against Chris John who schooled him the first and last time they met.

Even Soto will school Marquez for good....Marquez having hard time beating a c class fighter in Katsidis who battered him....
