Both have fights lined up in late July.

If Marquez gets through Diaz and Judah gets through Santa Cruz. Who would win if these 2 were to square off afterwards. Would be a great undercard fight for Pac/PBF.

JMM still has a lot more in the tank than Judah does, but Judah still has his speed.

Judah has never beaten anyone close to the calibre of Marquez. He's a myth and not a top class fighter.

Marquez is a much more talented fighter and would smack the **** out of Judah. Shortly after beating ANOTHER journeyman, people would still think Judah, a C-class fighter in his prime, could beat a good level opponent...because they are idiots.

i voted judah but now i'm leaning towards JMM. JMM has superb conditioning and is too much of a warrior. i see judah up in the early rounds and JMM taking the latter rounds.

Yes, I can see Judah up on the cards early too, and looking fine. He's significantly more the athlete than Marquez, to me. But not half the brains or balls.

I can see Zab blitzing Marquez early. 140 is too high a weight for Marquez as well, with all the wear on his odometer I just can't see him weathering the big left hands from Judah that he's a sucker for.

Zab's mental fortitude, or lack thereof won't even matter, his speed and power will put Marquez down for the count. This is not a knock on the modern Mexican great, but I just think 140 is one weight class too high for him and at this point in his career it's the worst point to be overextending himself, against the worst kind of opponent for him.

Marquez lasting 12 rounds against a Floyd weighing in at 146 doesn't hold any water here, if it were Judah in that ring against him it would have been lights out early for Marquez that night.

I'm eager to see how Judah looks in his upcoming fight. Also means i'll be able to call this one better seeing as we'll be able to see how both JMM and Judah look at present.

Judah was pretty ****ing good at 140; he is/was a very skilled guy and showed he can give pretty much anyone (initial) problems. I think JMM is fighting too hight at 140 so that could be his downfall. Unless he weights in at 136 fully clothed with his pockets full of loose change.

Why are people still fooled by the myth of JMM being a good fighter?

he was exposed big time by Mayweather and by Pac, the guy was never close to world class, not that Judah is either, but come on.

Well, Judah will land on Marquez, a lot.
Terdsak Jandaeng hit him with big left hands, with the kind of power Zab will bring at 140 and Marquez' mileage what it is, I think that GIF should have people nodding not guffawing.

Zab is also 0-4 in his last four title fights. He went the distance with Edwin Vazquez years ago. The last big name fighter he knocked out was Spinks. That was five years ago. Taking out Marquez, let alone early, let alone for the count...I do not see it, Agent Smith.

I think that Judah's speed and power would be too much for Marquez. All of Marquez's wars will eventually catch up to him.
