Agreed with Boom Boom, they should of had it here in SA. I would have liked to see what all the fuss is about with Guzman live.
I hope Ali trains hard for this fight and doesn't go there with the mentality that he will b fighting the same Joan. I think they will now formulate a plan to beat Ali, so its up to him to show something different and close the show.

They must have something cooking for this fight considering how Funeka gave Guzman such a hard time, maybe they got nearly blind judges this time :rofl

Guzman is really 31 year old .....he lied about his age to get into the pan-am game and that age had to stay with him to become pro....me and his father are good friends i know for a fact guzman is not older then my son....

Right thing to do? We shouldn't even have this fight. Funeka won that fight and now has to fight the same joke twice? This is ridiculous and it stays this way because people like you deem it "The right thing to do." Only in boxing.

If Funeka knocks out Guzbum, he'll still lose via unanimous decision.

This is the worst matchup style for Guzman on all LW... I think they (GBP and Juan Nunez) made a mistake when take Funeka fight the first time and "maybe" are doing the same again on this time. Funeka is too tall for any LW, specially if his adversary have not power like Guzman is... But, the Dominican is a very smart fighter so if he get a clear and wide victory this time, i will not surprise me at all. In fact, i hope a fight more wide this time to favor of the winner (Funeka or Guzman).

    Why this fight again?

We already knew the result, Funeka can handle Guzman's flashy move, while controlling the fight at a distance with his jab.

Better for both of them look for other good fights. They can fight Bradley, Peterson, or Holt, Maidona or anyone there.

Why not? A lot of people hate Guzman, so, this is a great fight for them. Wonder if the old Guzman will show up. Doubt it.
