you do not know the rules of boxing. there is no DQ in that fight.

dirrell and girffin were KO'ed (or pretended to be KO'ed) from fouls. without the KO there is no DQ just a foul.

and in this case the ref did not even call a foul.

Joe C has always been overrated...Nice W over Bhop but very close...back in his day against Chris too...Lacy was overrated and Jones was past done....

i think that's the point of the thread. the refs protected calzaghe at all costs.

at all costs? WTF - anyone who wants a DQ for what happened in the video does not know **** about boxing.

not saying he should be dq'd but it's clearly a foul and the refs did nothing but let him get away with it. they also stopped fights prematurely to make certain he wouldn't lose and make his record look better with more ko's.

You seem to be the worst boxing judge on this site.

Yes I agree, Hanlon should have keeled over for extra effect.

yeah if he had done a dirrell it would have been mildly contraversal.

Any one who says Calzaghe "clearly" lost to read is also saying they don't know anything about boxing and all their opinions before and after said idiocy should be discounted.

    Good to know.

Calzaghe had a great career, and he retired undefeated. All the arguments in the world won't change that. He made a fan out of me.
