Unless you retire undefeated , YOU will EVENTUALLY get beaten. I dont think you can go up against a young 25 year old and have high hopes of winning the fight.

Unless you have serious power and can get the young kid to completely repect you , and control him; the cahnces of winning agasint a 25 year old are almost slim to none. Especailly if he shows to just as fast as you if not faster. Hes younger so you would have to give the strengthg edge to the youngster as well.

  3. 26 year old Kelly Pavlik vs 44 year old Bernard Hopkins.

Pavlik famed for his high work rate, lethal punching power.

It all depends...When will Calzaghe fight them....in their prime or when they are in their 40's?

Pavlik couldnt match Hopkins foot work. Pavlik isnt an olympian , pavlike doesnt have the handspeed , he isnt elusive either and he couldnt stop Hopkins form punching his face. He couldnt stop Miranda from punching his face either. Nice try though.

Calzaghe in his prime would beat all of them...no doubt. If Calzaghe were to make a comeback I think he might have trouble beating Kessler again. Calzaghe got KD in his last 2 fights and his chin were beginning to look less solid than earlier in his career.

If Calzaghe were to return now and fight any of the super 6. I think he would beat most of them. Not sure how he'd handle Kessler for a second time, he's only getting older after all, whereas most of the guys in the super 6 are in or near their primes.

However if this was taking place say 4 years ago, I don't see Calzaghe losing that 0 to anyone in the tourney.

i still stand by my assumption. ward would outclass cal slappy. time will tell how good ward really is. something tells me he will fight better competition by age 30 than calzaghe has his whole career
