The way it was handled was terrible, If the man was hit as hard as they reckoned he was while he was down, then why didn't they allow the medics into the ring to tend to him for 5 minutes.. The DQ was just the most horrible result i ever saw.. by a forum of blind men who couldn't make a decision.. The punch swiped the top of his head slightly as he was on his way onto a knee.. He got Humberto DQ'd by acting on Cortez weak nature.. Its really time Joe Retired.. ****ing awful..........
It's too bad that Cortez was indecisive when he really needed to be firm. The decision was not really fair either. Although Soto's blow did land lightly it was not glaringly intentional like say a Sam Peter behind the head blow would be.
